Spencer has a positive attitude and is always working to get the problem solved. The patient and practice owners trust in him are of the utmost importance. He takes an educational, consultative approach and works to educate the patient toward a decision about their hearing loss. Spencer is quick to recognize how patients prefer to be spoken with then chooses a style to accommodate that preference.
