Evelyn finds her world exciting as she watches people come back to life with better hearing and understanding. Having a mother that wears hearing aids, Evelyn understands the frustrations associated with hearing loss and the lack of addressing the issue. Evelyn emphasizes on educating the patient and family on the importance of treating hearing loss and believes that selling the office is just as important as selling the product.
